12.22: “Come, Let Us Adore Him”

Fourth Sunday of Advent  (Love)

Sunday, December 22

“But the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all of the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord’ ”                      Luke 2:10-11*

We are so blessed because the angel was coming to announce the true beginning of peace and joy, all founded in Jesus. And he was for everyone, not just a few. This is the whole point of Christmas, we know we have for the rest of our lives, as believers, a Savior in our midst.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank you for sending joy and peace through your son Jesus. For all of our lives we will never be alone and Jesus will be there to take us through any circumstance. In your name we pray, Amen
