Youth group activities welcome young people in middle school and high school even if their families are not members of First Presbyterian. We want to provide a safe place for teens to gather for fellowship and to explore and deepen their faith.
Confirmation
(October – May)
We believe that the best way to prepare young people for confirmation is to encourage them to explore their faith by studying with a mature Christian mentor. The pairs work together as the youth develops a personal faith statement in preparation for confirmation. This program is offered for students in grades seven through twelve.
Off the Pres
Middle school and high school students meet for fellowship, fun, and spiritual growth.
Navarac
A week of service in the community for Middle School Youth.
Caravan
A week long mission trip for high school youth offering students the opportunity to travel and serve those in need in other parts of the United States. This week of mission out-reach is a summer highlight of the youth experience at First Pres.
