Heart in the City Health & Fun Fair

Come join the fun, enjoy free food, face painting, games and prizes & take advantage of free health screenings:
* blood pressure
* height/weight/BMI
* dental information
* vision screening (Cereal City Lions Club)
* free flu & COVID vaccines & boosters (Urbandale RiteAid Pharmacy)
Children participating in the Health Fair will receive a free book; adults will receive a free health kit.
Event and parking will be behind the church off North Avenue and Frelinghuysen Avenue.
