Heritage Sunday

Heritage Sunday will feature our Celebration of Generations recognizing those who have been members of First Pres more than 50 years!  Church Historian, Martin Ashley, has also assembled a special display on Adelbert B. Chanel, the 1920’s architect of the majestic structure we worship in today. Chanel was the architect for many historically significant buildings in Battle Creek including the Kingman Museum and St. Phillip Catholic Church.  Chanel descendants travelling from North Carolina, California, Wisconsin, and Florida will be part of a special presentation.  The traditional Chicken Pie Luncheon will follow the worship service.  RSVP to the church office for the luncheon.
